Biography
Brooke practices in the areas of probate, trust, fiduciary litigation, estate administration, and guardianship. She enjoys advocating for her clients and helping them evaluate and resolve their legal issues. She has extensive experience managing cases from start to finish, writing motions and briefs, and seeking and responding to discovery. She has been appointed by courts as attorney ad litem, guardian ad litem, and trustee. She developed her research and writing skills as a law clerk for the Honorable Ed Kinkeade of the United States District Court of the Northern District of Texas. Outside of work, she likes spending time with family, running, biking, and traveling.
